Pros

Pay and benefits are better than anywhere around. Get paid when they are shut down after you’ve been there a year. Nice raises.

Cons

The people who work there. The company doesn’t really care about you or celebrate your work. The union sucks. A lot of favoritism. A lot of mandatory OT. Do not care about the quality of the trucks.

Pros

Really inclusive environment and most of campus is already with ABW - activity based workplace (flexible seating).

Cons

Sometimes due to the very inclusive environment, decisions can take a little longer.

* Not micro-managed * Friendly working environment * Competent and well-versed supervisors * Fruitful experience for those who seek the work (It won't always come to you as part of your role is to aid the Maintenance engineer in his work)

Cons

* Lack of a set plan for interns to follow to gain experience (past excel documentation)
