Terrible work environment - Materials Volvo Group Employee Review

The management makes big bonuses from reducing heating and air conditioning in the building except the offices, they let go pregnant woman who are on workerscomp and pregnant woman in general and they let go people who have cancer or any diseases, supervisors play favorites on people because a guy with 5 points got let go and a guy who has 20 stayed and the union doesn't help either and a guy got hurt on assembly line ans the management didnt stop until the truck was almost finished and lack of safety, Osha violations, letting workers play loud music and letting female workers wear ordinary clothing.
