Pros
1) Good reputation among automotive peers in India. 2) Good company to settle in higher positions. 3) Competative compensation for automotive sector (overall lagging behind market standards). 4) Onsites, if you are good with your manager or create dependency.
Cons
1) Not a suitable company to start your career for non-mechanical guys,will literally force you to take rigid decision if not realized at the right time. 2) Zero Perks expect nothing more than a competative salary. 3) Not very challenging projects which inturn impacts career growth. 4) Very slow decision making,no risk taking attitude(orthodox mindset). 5) Very poor in process. 6) Recognition is nil, which is most times compromised with onsite.
