Pros
Good Work/ life balance, No pressure, Manager does not know what you are doing at all. Manager hardly comes to office always WFH or on leave,Good Benefits, Work from home and open atmosphere to learn.
Cons
Too much of politics manager does and they would send people to onsite who does not work in the team and not capable of and he likes people who are informer to him. People who put lot of effort to improve the process is not being appreciated.Team leads takes most of the decision and manager does not know what is happening. Managers will only believe team leads words. Team lead does not like the team member then even manager not likes you and they wantedly put in night shifts. If you have resigned then next week you have been forced to come in night shift for 2 to 3 weeks.Finally there was a very big good technical skill team has been spoiled by managers and team leads.
