      Pros

      Lots of different areas to work with, interesting developments, possibility to travel to other sites, to suppliers, etc...Nice people in general, good atmosphere.

      Cons

      Slow decision process, most of the activities are triggered by stakeholders and finance related. It is easy to be recognized by surrounding colleagues, but to be recognized in the company, it is a lot more difficult, and you have to know the right people.

      Pros

      Really inclusive environment and most of campus is already with ABW - activity based workplace (flexible seating).

      Cons

      Sometimes due to the very inclusive environment, decisions can take a little longer.

      * Not micro-managed * Friendly working environment * Competent and well-versed supervisors * Fruitful experience for those who seek the work (It won't always come to you as part of your role is to aid the Maintenance engineer in his work)

      * Lack of a set plan for interns to follow to gain experience (past excel documentation)
