Pros

Start/finish time, the PTO. That’s about it

Cons

Raises are extremely small. The most anyone got was .50 cent. Upper management has no club about what goes on. A senior executive sent us a video telling us thanks for the hard work and all the overtime before explaining he was building a whole separate house for his dog an no one will take his time off from him. Any advice you give will be seen as a challenge. Oh and they falsify punches and record to get rid of people. I have evidence of them doing this to me.

Pros

Really inclusive environment and most of campus is already with ABW - activity based workplace (flexible seating).

Cons

Sometimes due to the very inclusive environment, decisions can take a little longer.

* Not micro-managed * Friendly working environment * Competent and well-versed supervisors * Fruitful experience for those who seek the work (It won't always come to you as part of your role is to aid the Maintenance engineer in his work)

Cons

* Lack of a set plan for interns to follow to gain experience (past excel documentation)
