      Depends on the person if they are proactive in completing the task then their is no question asked about the leaves and breaks you take.

      Cons

      Work life balance is difficult when yu're working in office location, and your hometown is another city. Getting planned leaves is cumbersome sometimes.

      Really inclusive environment and most of campus is already with ABW - activity based workplace (flexible seating).

      Cons

      Sometimes due to the very inclusive environment, decisions can take a little longer.

      * Not micro-managed * Friendly working environment * Competent and well-versed supervisors * Fruitful experience for those who seek the work (It won't always come to you as part of your role is to aid the Maintenance engineer in his work)

      * Lack of a set plan for interns to follow to gain experience (past excel documentation)
