      Pros

      We are owned by Constellation Software which is a $30B company, but you would never know it. We have the resources of a large corporation with the flexibility of a small one.

      Cons

      The organization split off from Trapeze Group. They are still struggling to find out how we will operate. There are legacy processes that impact performance.

      Very flexible work schedule, great industry to work in, and coworkers are very welcoming

      Cons

      Company tries to do too much at one time, Management doesn’t recognize employees going above and beyond, the directors are more focused on advancing their career than helping solve problems for the business.
