No best words about this idiotic company, CEO don't know any thing . HR team play game with employees lifes.

Cons

Votary Guys policy looks like rob the money of employees in their possession and just be silent. I understand this is the way votary hr guys Operate.I have relentlessly worked every moment at the customer site to the best and to be the best. But at the end getting scammed by votary dishonest and crooked behaviour just to bag themself some bucks out of my hard work.

The company provides several opportunities for the freshers as well as experienced. In the company, I have experienced two things that are - work hard, and If your performance is great then, the company will give you the more growth opportunities you wish for!
