There is a lack of respect for engineers within this company. It's heavily influenced by HR politics, with no significant salary hikes and little value placed on our work. This is primarily due to the actions of Ramya, Kalyani, and sanjay CEO. The CEO, despite claiming expertise in embedded systems, doesn't understand fundamental concepts like the difference between mutexes and semaphores. This company is not a suitable place for engineers to work. It's essentially a "borthalu house" (assuming this refers to a dysfunctional or exploitative environment) where they sell you to clients.
