Pros

I enjoyed working here for more than 5 years.... I made plenty of money in sales, but in the end I left because they pay was changed without notice and Finance paid out orders when they felt like it. One other pro was we had delicious cookouts with alcohol.

Cons

Lack of communication and respect between anyone. Mgmt always asked for your opinion but did exactly the opposite. No set process, continuous change. Customers were always deceived. Money was taken and never refunded. The turnover rate is ridiculous, new employees come through the door frequently. No structure from the top down. CEO verbally abused people and undermined their status.

There were a few good people, one Engineer I learned so much from.

Cons

You don’t matter, owner may be bi-polar being super nice one second then for no reason start screaming yelling and finding others to blame since accountability was never taught to this clown.
