Every thing changes very quickly and frequently-not trustworthy on management words. Get prepared to work everything regardless of job title title you were hired for. Everyday is frustating day with uncertainity. You wont be working on same role, you are expected to work way more than you are pay rate. Temporary workers are not trained well. The main priority of the company is make everyone work like a donkey, work work work and make more money. There is no respect among workers, management.No one cares no one. No core values, no proper culture of company, HORRIBLE management, No rules, No standards, Less pay-more work, 0% increment in pay even if you work for 3 years, No respect to people - management focuses on making out more money with production.
