The interview process was very smooth. The team responded quickly, letting me know the outcome within a week and providing clear guidance throughout. Both the team members and the manager were transparent about the role and their expectations. During training, they have been patient and explained everything clearly.

The pay is good and the people are nice. The work isn't hard and can be interesting.

Cons

The schedule of this place is absolute chaos. Never in my employment have I felt that higher ups knew what they were doing or cared about staff. Long hours, especially during the middle 2/3rds of the year.
