      Pros

      The hourly employees work very hard, the people are very nice individually

      Cons

      The very nice people on an individual level can be vindictive and terrible managers. The overall atmosphere is toxic being led by a GM that is selfish and parks in the handicapped spot daily without a handicapped tag. With a GM leading the plant with standards like that, how great could the culture be really?

      Pros

      The pay is good and the people are nice. The work isn't hard and can be interesting.

      Cons

      The schedule of this place is absolute chaos. Never in my employment have I felt that higher ups knew what they were doing or cared about staff. Long hours, especially during the middle 2/3rds of the year.
