Individual teams are talented but everyone is over worked with no appreciation

Poor leadership, poor culture, no appreciation. they are building this company to sell it, not the spot if you are looking for a career with a growing company or an awesome company culture. No one will care about you, I promise. Keep looking for a company that will care about you.
