      Pros

      For who wants to be part of a great adventure, this is the company to work for. Many projects, many talents and many opportunities internally to move either vertically or jump onto another position. The culture is very multi-cultural and people enjoy sharing one with another. New projects happen all the time which is challenging and you never get bored.

      Cons

      Since this is a fast moving company, you need to keep pace and make sure you're in the loop to get access to the flow of information.

      Pros

      HomeAway technology stack has come a long way. One of the most appealing things about working here is the fact that you get to work with cutting edge technology. In addition, the engineering team are super smart, so working here is a great networking opportunity too.

      Cons

      Company is getting pretty big, and if you end up on the wrong team, you may find it that it is difficult for you to be impactful.
