Pros
Actually would like to say that I love to work in VSO (Vsynergize Outsoucing Pvt. Ltd.). It's been 1.5 years I'm working with the organization and I feel like home here. All the employees and management is very supportive, both professionally and personally. I have got chance to work here for B2B processes. Even have got experience to work for projects of different countries including UK, US, Australia and Gulf countries, which have definitely helped in the growth of my knowledge and career.
Cons
For every particular thing there are pros and cons; which totally depends on the way we look at the things. If we have got the positive attitude towards anything, we would not be able to see the faults and mistakes and good things will definitely come your way. Such is mine, and to be honest I did not sight any cons :)
