Pros
good money. not unreasonable hours. relatively central location. nice building. You'll feel like you're living well, but you'll begin to wonder when you took the wrong exit.
Cons
Inward-focused management. High turn-over. Many failed ventures. A surprising number of good people go through here but almost everyone leaves after a while, confused about what they have just gone through. Unfortunately, as word has gotten out about the company, it no longer means that much on the resume. People far away will be impressed. Those who know about it locally will politely smile and move on. There's quite a corps of ex-employees out there now, most of them disappointed.
