Where to begin. This company operates with a fundamental disregard for the wellbeing, dignity, and safety of its associates, particularly those from marginalized backgrounds. Racism is not subtle here. It is embedded in the culture and left entirely unaddressed by leadership. Complaints from associates were routinely dismissed, ignored, or buried. HR existed not to protect employees, but to protect the company from accountability. Harassment was an open secret. Leaders used their positions to intimidate, belittle, and terrorize the people beneath them, and management not only turned a blind eye, they enabled it. Associates who raised concerns were made to feel like the problem. The dishonesty extended beyond interpersonal behavior, it was institutional. Promises were broken, processes were manipulated, and transparency was nonexistent. If you value your mental health, your dignity, and a workplace that treats people like human beings look elsewhere. This place is not it.
