Pros
- They try and make it feel like a 'family,' or a 'team.' - Inspiring Happiness only happens at the C-Suite level. - Discount clothes, free workouts - mostly unpaid volunteering.
Cons
- Vuori does not pay their employees very well, but expect a LOT in return for discounted clothing and free workouts. Also a LOT of unpaid time with workouts, bonfires, etc. - If you are a General Manager or Store Manager expect to be gaslit by your upper leadership in one way or the other. This happened to me a couple of times during the past year, eventually turning to accusations and general biased decision making. - Trust between coworkers can be fake. Watch what you say because you never know who could be listening or interpreting information incorrectly. - Hard to make friends at the end of the day, I was happily at Vuori for two years and was not able to make a lasting relationship out of it.
