Pros
CEO has set up a great company with lots of tech , however !!! see cons ! everything is online , training , ect . and its pretty good , the CEO genuinely cares about the people that are in his company , and is reachable and will listen.
Cons
IF IN OKLAHOMA !! READ !...the broker that " covers " this state and cities with in is not even here , nor is there even a office in Oklahoma city !! yes that's right you will be forced to list your office in all advertisements and listing as tulsa , where they have an office but still no broker !!! the broker is in Arkansas!!! and that broker is not only covering 1 state but several states and cities !! think its a problem ? well try it out and see how it goes .
