There is favoritism, they gossip about you and will not address issues with you directly. Instead will spread rumors within the company. Broker will even yell and demean you. Broker will not defend you as an agent if something happens to you. You're in your own unless they can use you for their benefit. They have used profanity in front of my clients. Very immature environment to be in.
