At some point you'll begin to lose motivation because he (Abdullah the CTO) can sound a little misinformed at times. He does not do enough research, uses LOTS OF CHATGPT and has no idea of the backend stack at Vyro. He only understands product design and frontend, and that's practically the only conversation he speaks sensibly in. He is also very short sighted and acts completely unplanned. So one day he'll say do X and the very next day he'll say it's useless, lets do Y. Other than that, the hiring and firing culture is very common at Vyro. Recently the founders did massive hiring for the company, and within 4 months they realised that they did not need so many people and did mass layoffs. They basically did not have a plan and just continued to hire. The co-founder Ahmed Abubakar accepted that they overhired in the company townhall and just brushed it off. This is completely unfair to all those employees who they hired (and made them leave their stable jobs) just to fire them before probation ended.
