Pros

• Daily office lunch, snacks, games and coffee machine. • Good office look. • During notice period, they don't really give you any work so free salary for a month.

Cons

• Zero job security. The management can fire you anytime. • Absolutely not recommended for someone over 3 years of experience. • When something bad happens on prod, the blame is entirely on devs. • You cannot expect any growth here. Most devs leave within 3 months. • The management is young, they often lie to retain you but fire you as soon as they realize they don't need you. • The CTO talks very harshly over emails and just makes random quick decisions. The CEO talks very well but again don't fall for their words. • The management takes decision without even informing leads and just fires employees without any justification. I've seen a number of devs who got appraisals but were fired just a couple of months after. Infact, last year when a couple of employees who got fired and were serving their 1 month of notice period, the management for reasons realized that they needed them to work on projects so they apologized and persuaded them to stay and then again fired them a couple of months later. • Do not fall for their social media posts, LinkedIn posts. The environment they show on LinkedIn is a total lie. • They have made a lot of money with their flagship app ImagineArt and they just care about making more money. • Zero processes, abrupt planning and extremely poor management. • They have explicitly hired an HR to let employees know that they are being laid off.
