Pros
Small enough to allow movement between functions and businesses, but large enough to have ample opportunities for advancement up Vice President level. Very dynamic structures create opportunities for career advancement. Great people to work with and people committed to the company.
Cons
Company has done a great job of growing earnings and now is working to grow revenue, this can be a difficult transition.
