The work is challenging, always a wide variety of projects to work on that have a direct impact on the companies performance. The people are friendly and willing to help you succeed. The benefits are the best I have seen - a defined benfit plan for retirement and a 6% match on 401K, many heathcare options, at some sites on site heath care nurses/doctors.
Cons
The challenges of work life balance working in a global interconnected company - there is a need to stay connected and be on conference/video calls late in the eveings or very early in the mornings.
