Pros
Work life balance was great. I could do my job and meet expectations we’ll within 40hrs a week. There are some excellent people there who work very hard.
Cons
Many of the middle managers are incompetent and as a result highly territorial and paranoid. Many long time employees significantly underperform and get away with it, especially in Germany. Chaos is often a good hiding place.
