Pros
learn a lot from some of my peers that really put out hard work without recognition
Cons
Read the fine print, the employee HR handbook that you sign has a clause that, if they terminate you for "misconduct" they will not pay you benefits (vacations, commissions, etc.) you have earned... and they will find a way to label you dismissal as a "misconduct". Very poor management, not really prepared to manage at all, no opportunity to advancement, and personnel rotation reflects. Environmental problems are hidden from public.
