Pros

The pay is decent, upper management in their offices are SUPER nice, but that's about it

Cons

Where do I start. The management is ALWAYS breathing down your neck, the moment you go to the bathroom, you ALREADY have a message asking you why you're going on bio. Upper management who are in the back offices are always nice and sweet, but the managers on the floor aren't. There is favoritism between those floor managers and some people, nepotism, threats about docking pay if you aren't taking calls every.second.of.the.day. If you are taking a breather you get docked. If you are doing something between calls to compensate for the slow computers, you get docked. You are having stomach problems, you get docked a lot. They are ALWAYS watching you and basically get ready to jump up the moment you aren't taking calls. Lastly, floor management is always talking to their friends at work and laughing VERY loud across the office to the point where callers can hear them, but we get in trouble if we speak a tiny bit too loud next to someone No room for growth, after extensive training you will stay in that position forever. Software also is very slow, all the computers are from the stone age, but there are some that work fine. Floor Management's perfect employee is basically someone who never doubts floor management, accept all instructions and never deviate, be quiet and don't have an opinion, and take calls every second without getting off except for your 30 minute break (which is always scheduled 2 hours into your shift). Management who have offices are always MORE understanding and nice than floor management.

Pros

Owners are great people who genuinely care about employees.

Cons

24/7 operation makes for a lot of potential for weekend/holiday interruptions, but that's known going into the role.

Pros

Small team setting and flexible time. Not much else to say other then don't expect this to be a job that will pay the bills.

Cons

Quality Control is handled by one person in the office, there is not a system available to professionally review quality so it becomes a hostile environment for all involved. There is poor communication regarding who is in charge so during shifts hostilities are even high with multiple arguments. HIGH TURN OVER RATE! HIGH TURN OVER RATE! HIGH TURN OVER RATE! HIGH TURN OVER RATE! Training is all done by videos and expect most of training must be done on your own per management try to keep u down by not disclosing full requirements of certain tasks. This is a small company and management has been here from the beginning so even interview if you want to be in management. If you have call center experience then this place will be very very very very unprofessional environment.
