Worst benefits, no incentives and zero care or concern for the employee. Once you make a certain amount by a Missouri pay scale, they will find a way to cut you to save a buck. Very inexperienced management with only their best interest. You are nothing to these people. Turn over rate is over 50% for a reason. The employees are working in a high stress, hostel work environment while changing payroll,programs, and WMS yearly.
