Pros
Going to work with friends! WAND has become an organization with really good people. There are plenty of opportunities to grow and doing that alongside people that are a joy to be around is icing on the cake. Dogs in the office everyday has been a nice touch and there is a great deal of overall flexibility. Compensation is competitive and the organization is still a size where individual contributions are heard and can potentially have a big impact on the business.
Cons
Overall benefits are good but the 401k match is well behind other organizations I've worked for. I'll add a caveat to my review that can live as a pro or a con, depending on who is reading this. This is a great company to work for if you are a high functioning individual who likes to win. If you're not, you won't fit in and you will struggle. If you are, it will be difficult to find a better environment.
