I GUARANTEE YOU, IF MANAGEMENT REPLACES ALL OF THE TIER 2 TECHS, THE TURNOVER RATE WILL DROP DRASTICALLY. The tier 2 techs act as if they're in a cult together. They'll micromanage you, criticize you for tiny mistakes (Ex, misspelling off by a letter), give you unnecessary workload, get upset when cases are escalated to them, yell at you for going to the bathroom more than 2 times in 8 hours, and act as if they're your manager. They'll also gossip about you. They'll do all of that, but at the same time have fun with each other and talk/laugh pretty much their whole shift. This created a horrible culture that the managers don't know about. They'll pretend to be extremely nice at first to trick you into accepting the offer.
