Lousy Service - Property Manager WASH Multifamily Laundry Systems Employee Review

I manage a 190 unit condo complex in Waipahu, Hi. We have a service contract with these people and they provide lousy service! They do not answer your calls and they do not respond to requests for repair. 50% of my machines have not worked in over a month! When you call them they say that their tech was there on some random date yet 1/2 of my machines are not working as of today. They are always available to collect the coins! We have about had it with them!
