      All the best reasons are gone.

      Cons

      The current leadership are recycled from Sears Home Services. Look at the financial shape and future of Sears. This leadership is grinding this once good company into the ground faster than Eddie Lambert could've. I'm sure he would be proud of them. Is the intended action here bankruptcy?
