      the people like to help each other, and have a long working relationship at the company, the changes that are happening, the business casual atmosphere, always something new, 401k vesting immediately!!

      Cons

      vacation time, in the transition process of a lot of changes, communicating transparently, they just have to be better at holding people more accountable on all levels
