Pros
Ability to make a change, shifting towards a customer focused environment, many of the team are helpful. The people I work with are good folks, some are swamped with work and can be a little standoffish, but they still try to help.
Cons
Benefits are not good, the pay is not great, and the merit cycle is a major morale issue. As some have mentioned, the influence of the Sears legacy is a real concern with many of the customer facing employees. Many of the old time employees hate how the customer has been treated for the last few years, as they should.
