      Decent amount of time off and vacation take home truck Monday thru Friday

      Cons

      Lately they have started to micromanage techs. Technicians are blamed for management failures they promote guys with barely a high school education as branch managers (they are mostly puppets and yes men to regional leaders) The raises they give are insulting yet they brag about their profits . Now techs are interrogated for failing to meet their quota some of us have to work 7 days a week .
