Toxic Workplace - AR Specialist WASH Multifamily Laundry Systems Employee Review

Very toxic environment, other departments do something wrong or not at all, and it affects billing. However, they only get a slap on the wrist but if our department makes a mistake, it’s the worst in the world!!! The controller is a bully, very abusive, condescending, and does not respect others. She is an idiot that tries to manage us yet has no idea what she’s doing!!!!
