If any technician with any experience is reading this and looking to come here , think twice. This place is run by amateurs, firstly the region that encompasses Miami, Colorado, Texas and Michigan is run by an out of touch VP with a very short temper. He has been know to be very hostile and toxic towards techs and his managers below him. The max pay here is 25.00 an hour but good luck even getting that. They run on mostly a skeleton crew and are always one sick tech away from total chaos. They promote only favorites, mostly young guys in their 30s with barely a high school education to be branch managers. The vice president of the company is pretty nice but totally clueless of how laundry repairs go. Bad behavior is rewarded and new techs with no experience get about 2 weeks training and are held to the same standards as a tech with 20 years.
