Pros
WCG has great benefits and working from home is a great perk. Occasionally swag and other gifts are offered to help boost morale. The lower level employees mostly have each other backs. They are “in the trenches” with each other everyday and the teamwork can be amazing.
Cons
Combining five IRBs was a mistake. The internal changes that WCG is going through is creating more chaos than it is a better company. If you try to ask someone a question you never really get a straight answer. Upper management does not seem to care nor accepts feedback anymore about the conditions of the lower level employees. The amount of stress and uncertainty that the company changes have brought on has caused a mass exodus of employees and all the work falls on the ones left behind. 10 hours of overtime is required and more is often asked of you. The amount of work is rising but the number of employees is falling. Something needs to be done.
