Pros

I have worked here day in and day out for more than 3 years. I joined as an employee of Sandisk. This used to be a great place to work for, but the company culture and values have taken a nosedive ever since it has been taken over by Western Digital. There are hardly any pros after it has been!! I'll share them when I remember any.

Cons

Possibly the worst company to work for. * No concerns of the employees. * No proper hike in the last 3 years of my career here * No hike in the last 1.5 years and the hike has been delayed by 5 more months. * They claim to be themselves to be an employee-friendly but largely they are just trying to please themselves and boast about something that doesn't exist in their principles. * No bonus, short term incentives or long term incentives have been paid out in the last one year. * Company keeps shopping and acquiring new organization but hasn't even paid out a single penny in the last one year. * Delayed the hike of the hard-working employees and ave even fired a few claiming they are in a loss and at the same time have been hiring new employees. * Huge parity in the pay scale as even some of the senior guys with 8-10 years of experience are being paid less than the newly hired college graduates. Joining this organization was probably the biggest mistake in my entire career.
