Pros
MNC exposure of working with people from different countries, able to work with various groups locally and internationally, good start for fresh graduates.
Cons
Extremely unorganized management and frequent shutdowns every quarter. Employee are often at crossroads due to this. Low motivation due to the upcoming merger and bleak future in the industry. Volume is dropping frequently. It is known to be an equal opportunity employer regardless of race/religion/sex but the gym in Malaysia has female workout hours on 2 working days (after office hours) which clearly discriminates the males and does not follow their motto.
