Hard to get a raise, you need to always have "a 6 months plan" to justify, even if you have a proven record of initiative and good work. strict and sometime cruel high of very high level management that doesn't care about the lower levels. They prefer external employees over promoting internally. They claim to have a flexible vacation policy, however is subject to management decision, that does your life difficult when considering take the shortest vacation
