Pros
*Ample parking (now that the company has fired a hundred people over the last year) *Get a good supervisor and they will fight tooth and nail for you, but they're very restricted on what they can do in terms of pay increases *HR tries to care about the employees, but one HR person for 200 people doesn't work out so well when you work at the adult equivalent of a day care facility *Flexible schedules. *Plenty of opportunity for temporary growth (WDS has a habit of placing all their eggs in one basket, so if your contract goes bye-bye, so do you, no matter how hard you've worked for them.)
Cons
*Poor facilities, including one working set of restrooms for 200 people. (We're about to change buildings so we'll see how that works out.) *Poor benefits *Poor recognition *The company requires ridiculous metrics and service levels to be met, yet chooses to employ two supervisors who don't have anything to manage as opposed to hiring three agents to balance the workload *HR will act upon even the most imaginative and wild complaints *Recognition contests are rigged (Our latest fitness contest saw the most unfit, unhealthy woman who did nothing but enter the contest, but whose married to a supervisor, win an iPad)
