Pros

Solid pay, interesting work, some field work depending on position, very friendly and competent people to work with. Company seems strong with just having acquired Gate Precast. Good access to upper management (CEO sits in a regular office with everyone else). Generally did not have weekend work, and most weeks no overtime unless a big project estimate was due.

Cons

-Remote/hybrid flexibility is variable by department -sealants department could use more organization/structure (was heading in that direction when I left)
