Pros
Managers range from really great to horrid, which is the most important thing. Plenty of PTO and flexibility was offered to compensate for long hours and below average pay. There is always plenty of work and a new interesting problem to solve.
Cons
Management only cares about wall street and cutting costs. Do not expect to get good wages, raises, or benefits. Promotion opportunities are non-existent unless you are in with the boys club. Management takes in tons of benefits, bonuses, trips, and pay increases - while whipping the workers and offering no incentive. Company appears to be moving more and more to outsourcing everything they can.
