Where do I start, let's see, the department is now run by dumb and dumber. There is complete lack of leadership since the original director left. The latest director was fired for what I can only imagine is a long list of things. It's hard to say what the real goal of this department is. You have one manager that is completely spineless and another that thinks having her team play children's games is good motivation. There is a lot of people from this department recently that have been supposedly "promoted" to inside sales for at most a 10% pay increase, because that is all that's allowed, but this position is really nothing more than an entry level customer service position. This place is truly a dead end and does nothing for your resume.
