WEX will romise a lot and act like they have it together but the company is a mess!!!! VPs have zero trust in their project teams and direct reports, lack of professionalism in meetings and daily interactions, infrastructure is nonexistent, they keep acquiring companies and not assesing what changes need to be made to foster growth, they spend absurd amounts of money on nonsense travel yet can’t give appropriate raises/promotions when deserved, people are running entire departments that have zero experience in that field, too many people in the wrong roles “just because”, terrible moral and internal perception of the company. I would never recommend this company to anyone with an once of professionalism, respect for their coworkers, or the desire to learn and grow and work with the latest technology. Customer service dept is a call center and terribly managed.
