Pros

nothing, expect to take no time off during "training" and when you do want time off you have to guess the days you want 6-9 months in advanced.

Cons

$14.0 HR starting pay. Planning time off months in the future. Clueless management that just wonders around all day in a trance. JUST "PUSH THROUGH SUPER HEROS" Yes you could be a "superhero" in customer service, just like being treated like a child.

PTO, 401k match, remote work, the people.

Cons

Constant pressure to prove you’re using AI, do more with less culture, consistent layoffs and reorgs, poor communication, unclear direction, unrealistic goals all for a 2% raise. Zero chance for advancement.
