Cons
Group cut by 50%, but we are expected to do it all. Problem being the Managers that developed the lay-off list did not have a clue what anyone did and here we are struggling. What makes matters worse is a clueless manager that can write a report all day long, but is not willing or more likely does not have the skill-set to help out. And why does she have the ability to take time off when we are totally buried? The standard answer to any question is to watch the video. We deserve leadership that can get in the trenches and help us grunts out!
